Yoli MLM Pre-Launch!

The economy sucks yet new MLM’s are popping up everyday and some old ones are getting a much needed resurgence. Just in the last month I’ve seen 3 new ones. Buzzirk mobile, Ijango, and now Yoli. All seem to have a great deal of attraction but the question is do any of them have real staying power? Only time will answer that question but for now let’s talk strictly about Yoli. Yoli is founded by several former Xango reps who broke off ethically and now are focused in on providing what seems to be an affordable healthy alternative to the nasty energy drinks that are out there. Robby Fender, founder, says “we wanted to introduce a product that truly has the WOW factor and not just another me too lotion, potion or pill”.

Yoli’s WOW factor is the impressive patented mechanism called “blast cap technology” which delivers fresh, freeze dried, nutrients directly into water when the consumer is ready for it. Fender says that vitamins and minerals lose their effectiveness up to 80% when suspended in water for more than 30 days. What’s even worse is that 99% of the beverages out there are either pasteurized or some other form of hot fill. Although pasteurization kills any bad bacteria it also kills all the good bacteria, enzymes and beneficial hormones. Yoli is made up with all natural ingredients including, but not limited to, resveratrol, pomegranate, acai, goji, white tea extract and a ph enhancer called Alkaplex. A virtual who’s who of superfruits. Corey Citron, co-founder, talks about many more “blasts” to come including protein blasts, mangosteen blasts and yes, even a baby blast.

Sounds great so far, but can they really cut it in the dog eat dog network marketing arena? To do so they must have a compensation plan that is built for the masses. One that rewards the little guy, but also one that reaps great rewards for the true leaders who bust their hump everyday. Daren Falter, co-founder and author of How To Select a Network Marketing company, has brainstormed an ingenious comp plan that not only has a proven binary system but also incorporates a unilevel system with dynamic compression which will attract the major players as well. Attrition is and always will be the number 1 problem in any MLM type business. How many people do you have to enroll just to break even on your auto-ship? Most companies it’s around 20. Some as high as 100. Yoli is as little as two! They have a unique “break even bonus” plan that goes back into the pocket each month of the enrolling distributor until the enrollers auto-ship is covered. This means basically “free” product. Who’s going to say no to “free” product. Attrition problem is greatly resolved with this plan. Cudo’s to the boys of Yoli for coming up with this ingenious concept.

Yoli is founded by distributors, for distributors and it seems like they really do have an understanding of what is needed in the marketplace. With Corey Citron’s marketing degree from Stanford, Daren Falter’s complete understanding of what makes a good network marketing company, and Robby Fenders infectious personality and business ethics, you have a winning combination. Let’s not forget Rick Eisle’s, the CFO, who has a vast array of qualifications including heading up several multi-million dollar companies. One of which provides printed materials such as business cards and brochures. For many of the reasons mentioned so far, Robby Fender stated to me personally that “MLM needs Yoli and Yoli needs MLM”. Mainly what he is referring to is the pricing. Only $3.99 per 20 oz bottle which are reusable plastic. After you have a few bottles you only need to purchase the replacement cap for a mere $2.50. This is what MLM needs, a product that we do not have to feel guilty about when it comes to pricing. After all, when did a $40 bottle of juice become acceptable?

So there you have it, a product with a definite WOW factor. Well established businessmen who understand network marketing at the distributor level running the show. A state of the art marketing system put together by marketing genius Corey Citron. And last but not least, a compensation plan for the masses.

Avoid Foreclosure and Keep Your House Rent Free Forever

“Saving a home from foreclosure needs fast and informed action but the solution doesn’t need to be costly,” said Fed Reserve Governor Elizabeth A Duke. “It shouldn’t hurt to get help.” There are several foreclosure guides available online which assist the homeowner in understanding their options to avoid foreclosure.

Many solicitors of foreclosure schemes reach out to potential victims by a spread of means using the internet, the telephone, and direct mailings. Some solicitors go door-to-door or approach homeowners at events related to home preservation. The information the Federal Reserve is providing, which is a part of its “5 Tips” series, is intended to give purchasers the basic info they need to recognize and prevent foreclosure avoidance scams. Shoppers are urged to check the credentials of counselors and to avoid working with someone who collects a fee before providing any services or accepts payment only by assistant’s check or wire transfer. Shoppers shouldn’t pay for a service without knowing precisely what they are purchasing.

Avoiding foreclosure cannot be guaranteed–regardless of the circumstances. Working with a legitimate advisor can increase the possibilities of keeping a home, but consumers should be careful of people who tell them it is a sure thing. Details of the exchange, along with any promises, should be provided up front and in writing.

Gift Ideas For Men

So you have an occasion coming up for your partner and you have no idea what present to give him. Here are some useful and perhaps not so useful gift ideas that will help you in your gift choices and that most guys will cherish and adore for a long long time.

If his passion is his dog, why not get him a selection of dog needs from the local pet store. And if discipline is the dogs sticking point, you might need a shock collar for dogs. These collars for dogs are useful training tools when used correctly and for the right reason. Many dog training clubs around the country use them with great effect in rehabilitating the dog into performing a particular deed or for stopping one.

With summer just ending or starting, depending where in the world you are, and with the backyard pool being a hub of activity, you could give him a great gift for the swimming pool.  Above ground pool liners (more info at http://www.here-is-your.info/shopping/above-ground-pool-liners.php ) need replacing and the selection available these days is amazing. Liners that match the decor of the pool and backyard are aplenty.

Maybe a cooler would be an ideal gift for him. These days the price of them is within most peoples reach starting at around $700-$800. The daddy of them all is the Mastercool evaporative cooler. These evaporative coolers, besides having cheaper running costs, are also easier to maintain than other types of cooling systems. If it is kept topped up with water and is serviced regularly it will serve your home for years to come.

Gift ideas for men are hard to come by. That is a fact. Sure you can go on and get them the usual socks and jocks but to really win him give him a gift that will really float his boat. Usually guys are fairly unemotional people so how neat would it be to give him your gift and to see him really choked that he received it. He knows he got the gift with love and thought and he realises that his partner is the best thing since bottled beer. I wish you luck in your selection as it is not an easy thing to do. Just do it with love.

Tips On Used Office Cubicles

Regardless of the size of your enterprise, you are going to have to spend a significant amount of money just to get things off the ground. As much as that might hurt, there is nothing that you can do about it. New enterpises have certain infrastructure needs, such as office workstations. The way you decorate your office tells your clients a lot about the business venture you hope to be. Therefore it is important that you convey a profession exterior. If you want to do that without spending too much, you should consider buying pre-owned office cubicles.

Used office furniture is great because you can get high quality pieces at low prices. You may need to expend a little elbow grease to get them to look up to snuff, but what small enterpise owner hasn’t found himself engaged in odd jobs at some point of his career?

For example, perhaps you want to find a huge wooden desk for yourself. Looking at a second hand store or a remaindered office furniture dealer should give you a piece that you want for a fraction of the cost.

A lot of times, more established executives will discard their furniture because it is no longer in style or because a wooden desk was scratched or had something spilled on it. If you can find a piece like this and fix it up, you can save yourself a fortune.

As you go to look for your pre-owned office desks you have two options. If you are like the mismatched, funky look, you can spend your weekends at thrift stores and rummage sales hunting down all the perfect pieces and fixing them up.

You should also be able to buy cubicle walls from him. If you would rather go for a unique look for your office, you should spend a few days exploring your locality’s rummage sales and thrift stores. In no time at all, you should have all the pre-owned office desks you want to make your workplace look great.

Fall Lawn Mower Maintenance Tips

Autumn is a wonderful time of year. Depending where you live, the leaves are starting to turn color and fall to the ground. It’s at this time of year when we need to be thinking of caring for our lawn mowers.

The typical lawn mower costs $300 and so it is makes sense to spend a little time to care for it in both the spring and fall. All it takes is a little TLC to make it last for years longer than if you neglect it.

If you have a gas powered lawn mower, than you need to take care of the engine for the winter months. Now is a great time to change the oil. You should also drain the fuel from the gas tank or if you can time it, use the lawn mower till it runs out of gas. You do not want to let the fuel sit in the tank over the winter. And if it freezes in your part of the country, it is not recommended to let your fuel freeze over the winter.

You can also check the spark plug at this time of the year. In addition, you should clean the air filter and replace it if it is worn out.

Next, you need to take care of the under body of the lawn mower. Over the summer, as you mow, clumps of grass stick to the under carriage and cause a build up of dead grass. This is usually kept moist with your normal use of the lawn mower and that can cause the underside of the lawn mower to rust. So, put on some old clothes and gloves and pick up some handy tools like large flat screwdrivers and get busy cleaning the bottom. Remember to do this after you have drained the oil and gasoline from the engine to prevent leaks.

After that has been taken care of, it is time to inspect the lawn mower blades. If the blade is damaged or bent, replace it. If it is dull and chipped, remove it and sharpen it. Either take it to a lawn mower repair company or do it yourself. But it is important to remember that a sharp blade cuts the grass rather than ripping it which is much better for your lawn.

Now is also a good time to inspect the throttle cord and stop mechanism to check for signs of wear or breakage. Replace anything that will not survive another season.

If you take a couple of hours to maintain your lawn mover in the fall before you put it away, your investment will last for years to come.

Duration Of Morning Sickness & Helpful Steps

I recently saw a study which suggested that morning sickness is more often seen in cultures that have animal products as dietary main stays which may “be harmful to pregnant women and their unborn child because they commonly host parasites and pathogens” and hence “that morning sickness acts as an adaptive, preventative function”. They’re talking about prevention in the reproductive sense of the word.

There is a lot of guff talked about these things in general, over and over and it can be less than straightforward sifting through all the junk to get to the info you really need. When it comes to morning sickness it’s a bit of a misnomer, because it can occur at any time during the day or indeed during the dark hours. It can be overwhelming but the majority of women who experience morning sickness will experience a vast improvement after the initial trimester - at approximately 13 weeks.

When it comes to the duration of morning sickness plenty of women have significant nausea and vomiting after the first trimester. In addition, morning sickness can be more intense for first time Mums or if you’re lucky enough to have a couple of buns in the oven! Some easy steps that you may find helpful for alleviating nausea and retching: Use a smaller plate so that you eat smaller meals and snack less frequently during the day. Before leaving your pit in the morning, gobble up a soda cracker or two. Failing that have a dry piece of toast. Allow yourself a small snack before bed or when you wake up to visit the toilet during the early hours. We’ve all been there!

Hate Exercising? Some Workout Tips for You

We don’t all love to exercise, in fact some of us downright loathe the very thought of exercise. On the other hand I don’t deny the benefits of exercise. I know that exercise and a healthy lifestyle are super important. So, if its not exactly a favorite pastime, how do make working out a part of your regular routine? Here’s some idea’s …

First, try finding some exercises that you like to do. Of course, you should work out all of your body, but if you absolutely hate doing one kind of exercise, then look for another to take its place. You don’t have to do crunches to strengthen your core muscles. You don’t have to do lunges to work out your lower body. You don’t even have to run—you can replace it with cycling or swimming. Find the exercise you like to do and your workout will seem more enjoyable right away.

You can also find other activities you like to do and make them work for your body. For example, if you like working on your garden, try doing some exercising surrounding raking or mow your yard by hand. If you enjoy the winter weather, you can try ice skating or sledding with friends. No matter what you like to do, you can find ways to get some exercise. Thanks to the introduction of the Wii and game like Dance Dance Revolution, you can even combine video games and exercise.

Another great tip to liking exercise is to find a training partner. When you work out together, you can help one another stay motivated, even if you don’t absolutely love exercising. With a partner, you can have fun as well, trying things like tennis or challenging one another to meet certain goals. Trainers can also provide this for you, as well as show you new and fun exercises to help you avoid getting bored or feeling overwhelmed at the gym.

Lastly, try taking some classes. Exercising classes are a great way to meet new people, learn new exercises, stay motivated, and above all, have fun. Most gyms offer low-cost or free exercise classes with membership or you can check out options at your local community center.

Staying motivated if you hate exercising can be hard, but set goals and don’t quit. You need to exercise as well as diet if you really want to lose weight. Make exercise fun and it won’t seem like such a chore.

For the best comfort and support a rollup exercise mat is highly recommended. Of course on those cold winter nights when you really don’t feel like going down to the gym a cardio machine is the perfect alternative. Please visit www.Tips4Fitness.com for personal fitness trainng tips

Tips On Leading A Successful Scrapbooking Class

When teaching a scrapbooking class, you may think that it is a fairly simple operation. You rent the space, bring your supplies, get people to come, and off we go. However, it may not be that simple.

Whenever you’re dealing with people, you can always expect the unexpected. The human dynamic always comes into play when dealing with a room full of people. Even though we’re dealing with the teacher/student relationship, you can’t always count on an attentive, focused class. With that being said, there are a few tried and tested things you need to keep in mind to be successful scrapbooking instructor.

First and foremost, be prepared. Review your class materials the night before so they are fresh in your mind. Have a checklist of everything that you need to take along to a class. Show up early and have the room set up before people arrive. Students feel most comfortable with order, so this will give you a leg up.

Be enthusiastic. Even if you are feeling sluggish or having a bad day, you need to always be enthusiastic and smiling during your classes. Let your students catch your excitement about scrapbooking and your job will be easier.

Be personable. Try to make eye contact and/or talk to each and every person in your class. Keep an eye out for anyone that may need extra attention and be willing to offer help to them if needed.

Always thank everyone for coming to class. Remember, people have many work, family, and entertainment demands on their time - they don’t have to come to your class. Have evaluations forms that can be filledout and use them to improve any future classes.

Take some of the money you earned and send out personal, hand written Thank You cards to all the students who attended your event.  Since you’ll probably be hosting other classes, they’ll remember your personal touch and are more likely to come back for more classes.

If you remember these tips, you can always be assured of having full attendance for all of your scrapbooking classes.
