Has this ever happened to any of you .You go shopping and buy what you reckon is a good deal just to find a few months after that it turns out to be not quite the bargain you considered it was.

Well a couple of months back I bought a Cannon printing machine at what I conceived was a good price. Well I actually know it was a good price because I utilized the comparison web sites which shall stay anonymous.Anyway to cut a long story short I was only comparing the purchase cost and not the real cost of running the printer as in the price of substitution printer inkjet cartridges. Wow was that a suprise when I got on-line .I viewed the first price and it was pretty close to what I actually payed for the printer in the first place.

I gauge but don’t in reality know that the ink cartridges that it comes with are not as complete as they could be.So being net savvy googled cheap inkjet cartridge and ascertained that the cost of alternate cartridges from a 3rd party maker was considerably cheaper than those from the first manufacturer in this case cannon.If they are as good quality only time will tell but to me the difference in price makes it a feasible proposition to give them a try out.

Drinking hibiscus tea lowered blood pressure in a group of pre-hypertensive (blood pressure levels that are above normal but not high enough to be called hypertension) and mildly hypertensive (high blood pressure) adults, according to a report being presented today by nutrition scientist Diane McKay at the American Heart Association’s annual conference in New Orleans, La.

The findings show that the volunteers who drank hibiscus tea had a 7.2 point lowering in their systolic blood pressure, compared to a 1.3 point lowering in the volunteers who drank the placebo beverage.

The diet with more unsaturated fat, primarily monounsaturated fat:

• lowered blood pressure and triglycerides,

• raised HDL, and

• did not lower LDL.

By providing all daily meals to 164 men and women for 41 days for each diet, researchers evaluated the three diets to determine whether replacing calories from saturated fat with calories from protein or unsaturated fat was better than replacing those calories with carbohydrate.
