Debt Collection: I’m sorry? are the Debt Collection Fundamentals?

Debt collection is performed by Debt collector who works on behalf of the person owed money (the creditor) . Naturally, the debt collector becomes a shadow of the creditor and the accounts  that the person has. Then again, the debt collector has the facility to resolve the tension between parties and come to a satisfactory conclusion.

Many companies are worried whether employing a debt collector will involve a lot of money. However, it is valuable to some extent since the assistance needs a comprehensive attempt from the debt collector. However, Most collection is done of a pay for results basis however there are potential legal fees involved.

There are uncommon occasions when even a qualified debt collector fails to collect the Money owing. Often the client is to blame for that, since something the information provided is old or in Accurate. Comparable situations may arise if the Debtor has been bankrupted. In that circumstance, the debt collector would impart useful tips to deal with that situation.

One matter that you have to remember that there is no guarantee that the funds can be recovered, even with the help of an experienced debt collector. However, what you ensure by appointing an agent is that all the possible ways to get back the credit will be applied. So, even if you fail to recover the outstanding debt, you can mention that in the balance sheet and ask for redemption in tax since you have done everything to collect the money owed.

However, you have to take the decision as early as possible. For, the law demands that you file a case  within 6 years of the debt. Naturally, any appeal after that will not help you legally. Also the longer the period of time, the less chance of getting a suitable outcome.

From the perspective of the Debtor, there is quite often confusion that the debt collector may not be equipped with adequate comprehension. This can happen some times but can be easily averted by having clear comunication with the client.

At the same time, you should not be alarmed about your credit rating if a debt collector contacts you. However, if you neglect his demands to pay the Debt, then you you may suffer problems in the future when you go to buy other items.

Using a debt collection agency can be a very effective way to get the money you are to be paid. It is hoped that every possible method of discussion takes place before having to take this path.

Do Your Feet Hurt?

Make sure you and your children have the right kind of shoe that will support running, walking, and your weight.

Most people suffer from some kind of foot pain throughout the day.  There are many treatments and tips to get rid of serious foot pain relief if you follow expert advice.

Are your feet in agony?  From poor fitting shoes, to inherited toe woes, foot pain is no laughing matter.  We rarely take care of our feet until the pain has become so severe we can’t ignore it any longer.

According to the American Podiatric Medical Association, 84% of women have suffered from at least one painful foot problem.

Do you purchase shoes because they’re cute or fashionable?  You wouldn’t think about putting shoes that hurt on your child’s foot!  Don’t do it on yours, either!

Here are six of the most common ailments women experience and smart tips to help alleviate their foot pain.  Take this advice and you’ll soon feel  as though you’re walking on air!

How To Put Your Best Foot Forward:

Disclaimer:  These foot ailments are the most common, but for serious foot pain, please consult your podiatrist or a podiatric surgeon.

1.       Do you have Plantar Fascitis?  This feels like a sharp stabbing pain in your heel and it is worse when you get up in the morning.

·         Cause – The plantar fascia is a that thick band of tissue running along the bottom of the foot from heel to toe and people with all types of insteps (arches)  are prone to this irritation.  If you wear very flat or really high heels, the problem will get worse.

·         A shoe should support the arch.  If not, the fascia will stretch and that will cause further inflammation.  Does your Achilles tendon feel tight?  That is also one of the symptoms.

·         Treatment – Choose shoes with some structure.  Pairs of shoes that have some arch support and enclose your heel will be much better than flip flops or flats.  Avoid going barefoot as much as possible.

·         Stretch Your Foot In the Mornings – When you sleep, your plantar fascia is relaxed.  It gets a real wake-up call of tension when your first put your weight on it.  Before beginning your busy day, wrap a towel around your feet and pull the toes back, gently  stretching the tendons.

·         Reduce Swelling – Using a plastic bottle filled with water, freeze it, and then roll it under your foot for a few minutes to relieve the pain.

·         Consult a podiatrist for custom orthotics – I know you may not think it makes a difference, but these special inserts are molded specifically to your foot’s shape!  This will help control foot motion and decrease the daily strain on the plantar fasciae when added to the inside of your shoe.

2.       Ingrown Toenails?  This feels like a throbbing sensation and is most often located on the side of one of your big toes.  Is it swollen and red?

·         Cause – When the nail edge grows sideways into the skin of the toe, it forms a toenail that is growing inward instead of straight outward.  The pressure on the nail bites into the surrounding skin and can really cause some pain or infection.  If your shoes are too tight or narrow around the toe area, you are at risk for getting an ingrown toenail. If you cut your toenails incorrectly, you could also get an ingrown toenail.

·         Treatment – Don’t wear pointy toed shoes.  If you’re going to be walking a lot, carry your dress shoes and walk in structured walking shoes.

·         Use moisture cream on your feet daily – Reduce callus formation by keeping feet well rubbed and moisturized.  Before wearing shoes, make sure the lotions and creams are absorbed and your feet are dry.  When a callus develops, it causes more pressure on the ingrown nail or other parts of your foot.

·         Cut toenails strait across.  Don’t file the corners down.  If you get pedicures, make sure they follow these procedures, don’t assume they will or know what they’re doing.  Choose a reputable salon or go to a podiatrist.

·         See a podiatrist if you think you have an infection!  Don’t delay!  No “self-surgery” as digging around on your toenails or skin can lead to serious infection and deeper injury to the nail or foot.

3.       Bursitis – This feels like a painful bump and is located on the back of the heel.

·         Cause – This can occur when you have an enlarged heel bone.  If you wear stiff-backed shoes, this can worsen the bump further, inflaming the bursa, which is a protective sac of fluid.

·         Treatment – Wear shoes with open backs, until the irritation has lessened, or all the time, whichever is necessary.

·         Use Dr. Scholl’s Foam Cushions (donut shaped pad) – Place this pad over the bump to alleviate pressure and use ice at the end of the day to soothe the inflammation.

·         Consult a Podiatrist - If you have chronic and constant pain in this area of the foot, consult a podiatrist for advice and possible removal of the bump.

4.       Stress Fracture? This feels like a tender area, frequently on the front part of the foot, along the 2nd or 3rd metatarsal, the long bones in the top middle of the foot.

·         Cause – Any repetitive stress on the bone, like walking and running on hard surfaces and while wearing shoes that are not absorbing enough of the shock.

·         Treatment – See a doctor!  You will need a surgical shoe while you heal.  That shoe has a hard bottom that will keep the affected bones from bending.

·         Be Patient – Stress fractures heal in about 4 – 8 weeks, normally.  Don’t over stress the foot, no running or long walks.

·         Prevent re-injuries – Keep your weight at a healthy level and wear supportive shoes.

5.       Bunions – These are sensitive and protruding lumps or bumps at the heads of the big-toe joints and can pull your toe to an angle.

·         Cause – These might be hereditary, and can be developed if you have low arches, or your feet tend to roll inward.  Your bone actually moves as the bump seems to get larger.

·           Pointy toed shoes can make the bunions worsen.

·         Treatment – Shoe choice is critical.  Best choices are shoes with a wide toe area and a lower heel but not flat.

·         Gel Pads – Placing a gel pad over the bunions to cushion them and reduce the pain is helpful.

6.       Neuroma – This is a shooting pain in the ball of the foot.

·         Cause – This pain is caused by pressure on the nerve in the underside of the foot.  Swelling can occur.  Narrow, pointed shoes put more pressure on an already irritated nerve so pick shoes with wider toe room.

·         Treatment – Wide toe areas, and low heels.

·         Use anti-inflammatories.  Ibuprofen is good but if you don’t experience relief see a podiatrist.

·         Surgery – For chronic neuroma that doesn’t get better, surgery such as cryotreatment can help .  Your podiatrist can make that determination.

Take care of your feet, they need to carry you through the rest of your life!

Online profits Need Not Be Complicated

One of the simplest and most overlooked aspects of online marketing is that it’s not complicated. More precisely, there are many “gurus” who try to make it complicated. Aside from whatever motivation they might have to do that online profits happen as the result of one simple equation –

Traffic + Conversion = Sales

– performed over & over again

There are MANY ways to get traffic (visitors) to your site and cause them to take some action or “convert,” which will either result in more leads or (less frequently) result directly in more sales to your business.

So here’s the other simple rule — you only need to master 1 or 2 traffic methods and 1 or 2 conversion methods, and you will make money. When you drive you only need to know two pedals, and you don’t need to know EVERYTHING about internet marketing in order to add revenue to your business.

With that in mind, there are a few basic traffic techniques I’ve implemented in some of my sites and client sites that have universally and consistently WORKED. Here are a few of those methods — but remember, you only need to pick one or two:

Increasing Visitor Count

1) Twitter is a highly effective means of targeting your niche and developing the conversation with your customers and prospects. In fact, it is second to none. However, most businesses don’t know how to use Twitter effectively. They spam with “sales tweets” — “Look at the cool new thing I’m selling.” The 80/20 rule is highly effective — 80% of your tweets should be about something interesting, funny or otherwise engaging… a question of the day like “What’s for lunch?”… anything to get people talking, laughing, thinking… Also, keep it consistent and be generous with re-tweets. A few tweets a day go a long way toward establishing a rabid list of followers. The wrong thing to do is to Tweet like a madman for a day or two and then disappear for a month. Or worse, don’t reply when someone direct messages you or @messages you. That’s like ignoring someone at a dinner party when they ask you to pass the gravy. You WON’T get any dessert.

2) Video marketing is a very fast way to rank your site and get lots of inbound traffic. Keep your videos consistent — don’t show up one day in a baseball cap and dark lighting, talking about the rain, and another day bouncing in a jungle gym screaming about business leads. Consistent message, consistent tone, consistent look & feel. Also, be sure to put a call to action in your video’s description, as well as the full URL of your website’s landing page, and use appropriate keywords.

3) Article marketing is an evergreen method for outstanding traffic generation, with one HUGE caveat — mix it up! Putting the same article on 400 article directories will get you nowhere fast. You will get a bump in traffic from all the inbound links until Google figures out they’re all the same article and basically count it as one link. There are content spinners out there that alter the content of your articles automatically, but you have to be very careful here as well. Most content spinners change a word or two to replace it with a synonym, or they mash up the article randomly so the output is basically junk that cannot be read. It has to pass human review. So if you’re looking for a quality content spinner, ideally you want to be able to change the entire sentence many times throughout the article, and then have it spin those into hundreds of different articles. That’s the professional way to do it. At the bottom of your article, have a call to action in the information field; a blurb about you (the author) and a link to a free guide the reader can pick up at your website.

Conversion

1) Keep it simple. The landing page has to do ONE thing — get people to ACT. For this reason, it’s been called a SINGLE ACTION PAGE. Pear it down to the bare essence of what you need the visitor to do. Consider placing a video on the page with a very simple message, “Hey thanks for stopping by for my free whizbang. Just type in your first name and e-mail address and I will rush it right over to you. In just a moment after you send your information, you’ll get an e-mail with a confirmation link. Click that link and I will instantly send your free whizbang.”

2) Direct, direct, direct. Notice the video script in #1 above — see how we instructed the user on exactly what they need to do? And then we told them what to expect next, and what they would then need to do. And we closed with a reminder of the benefit — the free whizbang.

If you have trademarked the term “whizbang,” then I apologize in advance. ;)

3) Test, test, test. ALWAYS have two versions of your landing page operating at one time. You can optimize your landing page using freely available Google tools in the Web Optimizer toolbox. You really can’t go on “gut” here — the data will be you every single time. Even on PPC ads, we have literally seen the addition of a question mark in the ad increase conversion by 16.8% So test, test, test.

Conclusion

These methods work on any business in any industry. Here is some social proof –

Local landscape designer increased her traffic by 7,342% (yes seven thousand percent)

  • Local artist went from three visitors a day to an average of 41 visitors a day
  •

  • International digital publisher had zero e-commerce and started converting 16% of all traffic to revenue within 72 hours of implementing one traffic strategy and one conversion strategy
  •

  • Changing a landing page to a simple design on an e-book site turned conversion from an anemic two sales per week to eight sales a day — on the same traffic.
  •

I hope this helps your business. The average business fails to do what it takes to drive traffic or achieve conversions to their website. While they exercise 20-30 traffic methods on average, they don’t do a single one effectively.  There are many sources online to learn about effective marketing strategies, including free resources and some almost-free, like the definitive guidebook  750 Ways to Get a Visitor to Click on You.

Do-it-for-you solutions are also available; experience guides the appropriate strategy for the website and market. The biggest challenge business owners face is knowing which strategy to implement. Experimentation can be very costly in terms of time and lost sales… The key is to find a reputable marketing firm that offers a full range of customized services as well as downloadable products and courses to assist every website owner at every budget level.

View Movies Online

Companies like Netflix, iTunes and Amazon.com are now leading the way in providing movies online. These services charge a fee for individuals to download either a movie, music or a TV episode. A portion of that money goes to the company that owns the film or show. But a portion of the money goes to the distributing company.

These services have been a glorious achievement for those people who want to see a movie the day it comes out for rental or for retail sale, but don’t want to go to the local Walmart to buy the DVD. They have made it simple to just buy the movie online, save it on your local computer and watch it whenever you desire. This makes it easy to watch the movie online on a computer, on a ipod or import it to a device like a xbox 360 and watch it on a TV.

But let’s say that you don’t want to buy the movie. Say you want to keep things legal and clean but you just want to watch it once, you want to watch free films online. Well it isn’t quite free, but it is remarkably inexpensive.

I like to watch tv on my computer but I also enjoy renting and watching movies online.

Perhaps you think the movie in question is not worthy of a full purchase price. Well, Netflix, iTunes and Amazon still have you covered. You can rent the movie and then you will have a month to watch the movie once within a 24 hour period once you start watching the movie. This is more than enough time to watch the movie a number of times.

Or you can subscribe for very small monthly fee and watch all the movies your heart desires.

With the way technology is going these days it is just easier than ever to watch movies online without all the hassle.

The Island of Zitny Ostrov - Slovakia

Ranging from Bratislava to Korman in southwestern Slovakia, Zitny Ostrov (Rye Island) is Europe’s largest river island. It is so immense that most visitors are unaware of being on an island. It lies between the Danube, and its slower running off-shoot the Little Danube, in the Danubian Plain.

Several rivers flow across it and the rich alluvial soil deposits make it the most fertile land in Slovakia. The island also contains central Europe’s largest reservoir of high quality drinking water and it has the warmest and least humid weather in Slovakia.

A beautiful area of marshes, natural and man-made lakes and rich farmland, the south has been deemed a Protected Landscape. The serene waters of the Little Danube provide excellent boating through the alluvial forests. While on the water, the controversial hydroelectric dam at Gabcikovo may also be visited.

Zitny Ostrov has two main towns, both of which have deep Hungarian influences. DunajskA Streda has a majority Hungarian population, though the only reminder of a significant Jewish minority is a memorial erected in 1991. There is also evidence of Bronze Age settlement here.

In the late 1990s the town centre was rebuilt with unique white buildings capped by towers and elaborate tiled roofs. A large thermal park offers year-round swimming in geothermal heated water.

Komarno, Slovakia’s principal port, lies on the Hungarian border. A bridge leads into Hungarian Komarom, which used to be part of Komarno. Here two thirds of the population speak Hungarian and the street signs are bi-lingual.

Europe Place is a large shopping and leisure centre built in a variety of European architectural forms. A native son of Komamo, Franz Lehar, is honoured with a biennial music festival, whilst the annual Komarno Days Festival celebrates Slovak and Hungarian culture.

Top Ingredients for Natural Nail Fungus Treatment

Nail fungus infection is often defined as the unsightly and foul-smelling infection that develops under the toenails.  When left untreated, it can impair a person’s walking since it has the potential to be extremely painful. In medical terms,  it is known as onychomycosis.  It usually starts out as a  white or yellow discolored spot at the tip of the toenail.  When the fungus spreads and worsens, it causes the nails to  thicken and to chip at the edges.

It is therefore important to be able to treat it immediately with the right toe nail fungus treatment once it is detected.  As mentioned, when left untreated for too long, the symptoms can continue indefinitely and the infection can easily spread to other nails and the pain can make the simple act of walking difficult.

The best breeding ground for nail fungi are the warm, dark and moist areas inside your shoes.  If you have already noticed the early onset of the infection,  here are natural toe nail fungus cure.

Jojoba Oil- This oil is very much resembles the human sebum or the oil we naturally secrete from our skin glands.  Jojoba oil, just like sebum, is useful to prevent moisture loss from our skin.

Almond Oil- When applied  topically, almond oil can  moisturize dry skin.  It is also known to relieve itching which is caused by dryness. It is absorbed quickly and non-greasy. The good thing about almond oil compared to other moisturizers is that it does not irritate the skin and does not cause any allergic reactions.

Tea Tree Oil- The tea tree oil contains terpenoids, which help promote healthy nails. Not all solutions have tea tree oil so it is best to read the label and perform a quick research on the product or nail fungus solution which you are about to try.

Vitamin E Oil- Vitamin E oil has always been well-known antioxidant. When applied topically, it is absorbed by the skin.

Lemongrass Oil- This oil is used in perfumery, and as soothing aromatherapy.

Undecylenic Acid- This ingredient has been known  to promote healthy, glowing skin.

Clove Oil- Clove is a natural analgesic thus is a natural toe nail fungus cure for the pain you may feel in any nail infection.
